This week I want to take us back outside to these homes for a look at the curb appeal, landscape architecture, and pools of these homes. These five builders gave us a taste of five unique life style choices in the way they built these homes and the design of the yard, both front and back yards. Any luxury home featured in a parade requires collaborative effort from many skilled artisans and craftsman to give them the sizzle and shine we have come to expect from a Parade of Homes, and with the outside being the first visual of the home its important to make it pop, its safe to say landscaping plays a very major part. What would the house like without the appeal from the curb? And in Central Texas what else would we expect to find in the back yard of your luxury home but a pool? So our hats are off to the men and women who dedicated many hours in design, and many more in labor to deliver yards that are fit for these luxury homes which are nestled on the side of one of the many hills in the Texas Hill Country.
